The modern and fully equipped kitchen has fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave and dishwasher. Ideal if you wish to prepare some of your own meals during your stay. It opens into the lounge diner.
The balcony has seating for 4 with wonderful views of the Tramuntana mountain range and is a perfect place to enjoy pre-dinner drinks or a lazy breakfast.
There are 3 double bedrooms :-
The master bedroom, which is located off the lounge, has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom, including a bath and overhead shower. The master bedroom has ample fitted wardrobes.
The 2 twin rooms, located off the hallway, have single beds and fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has a door to a rear balcony which also houses the washing machine.
Finally a shower room completes this wonderful family accommodation.
A cot and highchair are available. Small supplement payable.
The communal pool is at the rear and is exclusive to residents of the building. Surrounded by a terrace and small lawn making it enjoyable for a cool swim after a day on the beach.
A selection of great restaurants, supermarkets and bars can be found close by.
A car would not be necessary in this great property.
The front balcony has a table and 4 chairs.
Rear balcony : Washing machine and area to dry clothes.
