About us
Amarzing is a family run business, bringing you wonderful stay at affordable prices.
Steph started with a small portfolio of rental properties, which now includes Short Term Holiday Lets for the family and now others to enjoy.
As the business started to grow it became apparent that help was needed, this was when Niall joined the team.
Niall joined the team in 2023 and has quickly adapted to understanding the demands of Short Term Rentals. Niall is an asset to the company and has excellent customer relations.
Our first purchase was a lovely holiday home in Puerto Pollenca – which has now been sold.
Our next purchase was Ramsgate in Kent. Having had huge success with that we added another in Herne Bay. Followed by renovating a property in Gloucester and adding another flat to the Short Term Rental portfolio.
In 2024, we purchased 3 lovely houses in Liverpool – just 1 mile from Aintree!

Payments can be made by BACS/Bank Transfer – in Sterling or Euro – and the following cards:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
A deposit of 20% of the booking total is required.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Full booking balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to 20% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

To avoid charging higher prices on 2-3 days bookings we have added the cleaning fee at the point of booking.
