About us
Stephanie worked for Allied Dunbar for 17 years in IT before giving up work to bring up the children, Niall & Tig.
She then purchased several properties and managed them as buy to let.
With still a strong interest in properties Steph has now added to the portfolio with Short Term Rentals.
Originally from Swindon, Steph and family settled down in Painswick to bring up her 2 boys and 3 dogs.
The apartment at Puerto Pollenca was bought as our holiday home and for many years took the boys every school holiday.
Several family and friends borrowed it for their holidays and said we ought to rent it out ……
So we do – especially since we don’t use it as much due to Niall and Tig now being adults and working.
Ramsgate was added to the portfolio as my family are London based and frequently travel to Kent, they now get the opportunity to stay in our new apartment.
We will be adding more properties to the website as we currently have others in the pipeline.

Payments can be made by BACS/Bank Transfer – in Sterling or Euro – and the following cards:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
A deposit of 20% of the booking total is required.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Full booking balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to 20% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
